‘Advertising salaries is one practical action organisations can take to help close all pay gaps. I encourage leaders to empower hiring managers and recruiters to do it before the UK tells us we must.’

Catherine Garrod, author of Conscious Inclusion, is featured in HR Magazine speaking about whether the UK should introduce a pay transparency directive.

HR Magazine – Should the UK follow the EU and introduce a pay transparency directive?

‘Catherine lives by this quote “Unless you’re consciously including people, you’re almost certainly unconsciously excluding people.” She believes when employees can be themselves and influence how things are done, their lives are better, they’re more creative and better problem solvers. And when consumers are authentically represented in media, products and services, organisations and the communities they serve thrive.’

Catherine Garrod, author of Conscious Inclusion, is a guest on the Wavelength Podcast talking with Liz Moseley.
