Lindsey Moore
Lindsey Moore started her career in technology alongside Vicky Reddington at Citrix Systems, experiencing first-hand the energy and excitement of the early 2000s tech boom, where the importance of culture, collaboration, and team experience was taken for granted.
Moving into marketing leadership roles within technology scale-ups, Lindsey saw both the opportunities and pressures that fast-growth environments create. Witnessing the impact that great teamwork can have, as well as the challenges that arise when people are struggling to work effectively together, drew her to the mission of Amplified Group.
Curious by nature and passionate about creating better experiences at work, Lindsey is fascinated by the small changes that can make a big difference to how people connect, perform, and enjoy what they do.
Writing a book had always been a secret ambition so combining a passion for helping teams thrive with a love of writing turned that dream into action. Not without its challenges, of course, but fittingly for a book about teamwork, it has been a true team achievement.
