After 25 years of European and Global leadership positions in the IT industry, Vicky understood that it’s how people work together that delivers an organization’s competitive advantage. Vicky co-founded Amplified Group to help organizations build that capability to make work an enjoyable and rewarding place to be.
A certified practitioner of The Five Behaviors® and Everything DiSC®, Vicky combines practical leadership experience with proven team development frameworks to help teams unlock their full potential. As part of this work, she created the game-changing Team Speed Check, enabling teams to measure and improve their effectiveness.
Vicky was recognized as a Global Touch IT Wondrous Woman and co-hosts the popular podcast Get Amplified, sharing inspiring stories from tech industry leaders and influencers. In 2024 Vicky became a Visiting Fellow at MKU Cranfield University, bringing a dream to life by sharing her experience and knowledge in team performance with the next generation of leaders.
