Michael Brown runs his own training consultancy, specializing in building leadership, team development and negotiation skills. He has been working with complex international organizations for nearly 20 years, and over that time he has met nearly 10,000 people in organisations of all shapes and sizes. This has given him an in-depth personal insight into their hopes, fears and challenges as they try to keep ahead in a rapidly evolving and increasingly dysfunctional workplace.

Before joining the training industry he gained practical experience of managing people and developing small businesses from a 14-year career at Whitbread in logistics, sales and marketing.

Jeremy Marchant is the founder of emotional intelligence at work, a coaching and training practice focused on business performance and transformation. Moira Newiss is a BANT-registered nutritional therapist, health coach and accredited ketogenic metabolic therapy expert who specialises in metabolic therapies for serious mental illness. PHD is now a worldwide brand in eighty markets.He attended Harvard Business School and lived and worked in New York building PHD USA. Before leaving PHD he launched offices in 35 markets including Moscow, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore.After PHD he was asked by the founders to sell an independent digital media business, which he achieved successfully just before the world economic crisis in 2008. For the last 10 years David has worked as a chair or mentor for a variety of businesses and CEOs. Investing, raising funds, selling, advising, setting up infrastructure and being a shoulder to rest on. Acting as a ‘wingman’ watching CEOs and companies’ backs and witnessing first-hand the ups and downs of start-up and young company life. He still doesn’t know what to do but he has had an amazing working life trying to find out.
