Overall, I would recommend this book. It is a comprehensive, practical guide focusing on the intricacies of navigating all forms of business change. It is relatively quick and easy to read and includes multiple tools, ideas, tips, real life case studies and chapter summaries which are all ideal for future reference after initially reading the book.

Firstly, turning formal academic research into a book that is both engaging and accessible is no easy task, and for that alone the author should be commended. The book focuses on the experience of women in middle age in the workplace, highlighting the very specific challenges experienced by this group.
