Stresshacking is full of simple strategies to help you:

• See the light at the end of your stress tunnel

• Make friends with your fears, your challenges, and everything else that stands in your way!

For nearly 20 years mindset and wellbeing coach Louise Lloyd has been helping people to hack stress, limits, and mindsets. She understands the challenges people face and provides practical and effective tools to help even the busiest of people get their life on track.

It’s time to get your life, your mind, and your mojo back!

Stresshacking simplifies the approach to dealing with stress, something all of us in the modern world likely struggle with. The book includes 50 strategies to coping with stressors that range from pimping your ride, navigating awkward conversations, and finding a work/life balance. I appreciated that each topic included a breakdown of the scenario, as well as specific steps that one can follow to implement that strategy themselves. I found myself longing for a bit more scientific inquiry or data to accompany each of these hacks, which I think would have made these arguments even stronger, and offered more compelling evidence for the reader. Regardless though, this book is a great resource for anyone looking to better manage stress in their daily life.

As someone who’s struggling with stress (especially right now), I needed this book. Tons of quick and practice tips for dealing with stress without overwhelming yourself.

I approached this one with hesitation, but enjoyed it because it is very practical, and the tone is very down to earth. The author has a nice way to framing things and is friendly and realistic. Thankfully, it does not contain traditional self-help exercises, just practical suggestions. Recommend whether you have lots of stress at the moment or not.

The book is kind, gentle, exactly the way that those who are stressed need it to be. I very much enjoyed it because it catered to the reader perfectly; digestible, bite sized, and easy on those who are short on time.

What a perfect time to release a book like this. The tips and tools on how to manage stress and wellbeing are really helpful.

I really enjoyed reading this book, not only did it outline a good number of easy to follow tips and strategies to avoid stress I loved the way it outlined ways to overcome it. A really valuable read, I highly recommend it

“Stress is not our enemy; it’s a sign that something needs attention.” With these words, your new BFF Louise Lloyd lets you know that everything is going to be OK–if you don’t ignore the stress you’re feeling. The first several sections are devoted to triaging the current causes of stress and gaining control. Then Section 4 discusses mindfulness, followed by two more sections about self-discovery, and finally ending on creating the life you want. The author’s tone is reassuring and her suggestions are practical: this is really a great read for pandemic times.

A great book packed full of tips to help live life free from stress and overwhelm. Easy to read, in short chapters for each ‘hack’ – this makes it easy to implement and you can work through taking a hack at a time, or pick out the one which most resonates for you and work with that. Simple techniques for managing the day to day ups and downs of life.

I would recommend this book to anyone who feels they have lost their way or feels overwhelmed. Simple and practical steps that anyone can use day to day or look into on a deeper level. If you are feeling the overwhelm like most of us are during this pandemic then this is the book for you!

I have just finished this book which was recommended by a friend. In what is a very stressful time at the moment, it really does deliver an easy read and helps you to evaluate your inner-self. The hacks are simple and bitesize enough so that you can use them in your daily routines. I bought this book for a friend who has also just finished it and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a little bit of guidance and life coaching to be the best they can be. Awesome read and definately one I will refer to in times of stress
