Shannon Nutter

Shannon Nutter is a global executive and board director. A recognized expert in strategy, product development and customer experience, she has been a leader at organizations including the Vanguard Group, Deloitte and GM. Shannon is also the founder of My Classroom Economy, a K-12 program teaching financial responsibility. Dr. Ruth E. Simpson

Dr Ruth E. Simpson has developed the skills to work with senior leaders over 30 years. She combines this with a deep understanding of what works and how it works, through her PhD research. Her experience encompasses the private and public sector, partnerships and global multinationals, finance and professional services. Initially sceptical about coaching at work and the efficacy of leaders collaborating in groups, she is now a passionate advocate for the critical role coaching leaders in groups can play in organizations.

Ruth also has an MSc in Coaching and Development and is accredited to Master Practitioner level through the EMCC. She has contributed to the field through peer-reviewed articles, conference presentations and a podcast series called The Evolution of Leadership, cementing her reputation as a trusted expert in the industry. She is based in Surrey, UK.

Dr. Julia Carden PhD, MSc, PCC, FCIPD

Dr Julia Carden was born and raised in Cornwall and “made in the Royal Navy”. A certified and accredited coach, she runs a coaching and coaching supervision practice and is a visiting tutor at Henley Business School, teaching on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, MSc in Executive Coaching for Behavioural Change and heading up the Professional Certificate in Coaching Supervision.

Emma Martin

Alison Jones

Alison Jones is a publisher, podcaster, speaker and book coach, founder of Practical Inspiration Publishing and host of The Extraordinary Business Book Club podcast. She worked as an editor and publisher with leading companies such as Chambers, Oxford University Press and Macmillan, most recently as Director of Innovation Strategy at Palgrave Macmillan until she left to set up her own publishing imprint.
