Adam Kingl

Author, speaker, educator and adviser Adam Kingl (www.adamkingl.com) is the author of the books Next Generation Leadership and Sparking Success, the latter shortlisted for the Business Book Awards. He explores what business can learn from the creative arts, including culinary art, in enhancing innovation, creativity, adaptability and inspiration.

Adam is Adjunct Faculty at the University College London School of Management, Hult Ashridge, affiliate faculty at London Business School, the Hanken-Stockholm Schools of Economics, the Moller Institute at the University of Cambridge, and Imperial College London. Previously, Adam was the Executive Director of Thought Leadership and Learning Solutions for London Business School for almost a decade. He works with diverse companies and delivers keynotes around the world.

Adam trained at Le Cordon Bleu in California and cooked in an Italian trattoria. He holds degrees from London Business School, UCLA and Yale. He lives in London.

Kirsten de Bouter Shillam

Catlin holds a more holistic view on the effect that risk management frameworks have on performance and engagement, thanks to holding a wide variety of roles in mid- to large global enterprises. These roles often focused on implementing or auditing the application of internal control and risk management frameworks across an enterprise.

Oliver Banks

Fraser Christian

The Founder of Coastal Survival and the Coastal Survival School, Fraser Christian is a fully Qualified Charter Skipper, MCA Commercial Endorsed Skipper.

Fraser first taught survival and bushcraft skills to his local scout group over 25 years ago and has since been lucky enough to fish, hunt and forage professionally. He is a fully qualified chef and nutritionist with a passion for wild herbal medicines, wild food and outdoor cooking skills including preserving and smoking foods, and has led a series of popular River Cottage cookery courses including Catch and Cook and Fish Skills.

Fraser lives completely off grid and divides his time between the coast and a remote wild woodland, living the life he teaches.

Andy Brown

Andy Brown is a Non-Executive Director, leadership coach, speaker and author. He provides coaching to leaders in people-based businesses, enabling them to make better decisions and to build more valuable businesses. He coaches founders and CEOs including, in recent years, two CEOs at M&C Saatchi and has advised many agencies as they prepared themselves for sale.

Ruth Murray-Webster

Dr Ruth Murray-Webster is recognized as a leader of project-based organizational change and risk management performing roles as a practitioner, advisor, facilitator, researcher and author. For more than 30 years Ruth has practised and advanced change and risk management approaches, developing commercially astute strategy, centred around emerging risks and disruptive trends.

Ruth has experience in delivering change objectives in most sectors.
Prior to returning to her own company, Potentiality UK, in 2018, Ruth held appointments as Director, Change Portfolio and Group Head of Risk for a major port operator and Director, Risk in the Boardroom practice for KPMG LLP. Ruth researched organizational change from the perspective of the recipients of change for an Executive Doctorate at Cranfield School of Management between 2008 and 2012. She is an Associate Fellow at the University of Oxford: Saïd Business School and a Teaching Fellow at Warwick Business School.
Ruth’s interest in risk management arose from a passion to help organizations to take educated risks, not avoid them. She has co-authored four books on the human aspects of risk management and is a popular speaker at conferences and in webinars. She has also published papers in the areas of project complexity, organizational ambidexterity through projects and programmes and multi-paradigmatic perspectives on business transformation programmes. Ruth was Editor of the APM Body of Knowledge 7th edition and Lead Editor for the forthcoming (5th edition) of Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
Ruth was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the Association for Project Management in 2013 for her services to risk and change. The synergies between the two disciplines continue to drive Ruth’s thinking, writing and practice.
