Like many publishers, we use the Glassboxx platform to sell our ebooks and audiobooks. On completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes instructions on how to access the ebook or audiobook (see screenshot below). To access your book, you will need to download the Glassboxx app on to your phone or tablet from the app store and sign in using the email address that you used to buy the book. The book should then show on the Glassboxx dashboard ‘MY BOOKS’.
Because the download will be associated with the email address used to purchase the ebook or audiobook, this also means that a digital product cannot easily be gifted: if you want to send someone a gift of an ebook or audiobook from our site please email us (info[at]practicalinspiration.com) and we can create a code for you to purchase and gift so that the recipient can download the book themselves.
Ebooks and audiobooks can only be downloaded onto a phone or tablet, not a PC. If you have any further questions or require technical support see the Glassboxx site: https://glassboxx.com/reader-help/.
NB we can’t sell ebooks formatted for proprietary platforms such as Kindle – sorry!
