Nichola Reeder escaped the corporate world in 2012 with over 15 years’ experience in sales, marketing and communications, having worked on brands including Asda, Dolmio, Uncle Ben’s, Heineken & Fosters. Her passion is to help businesses tell their commercial story more effectively, whether through the media, live events or digitally. Within the event industry specifically, she has helped train armies of stand staff, delivered hours of engaging live content and helped event organisers understand how they add more value for exhibitors and visitors.

Steve Reeder

In a varied career path, Steve Reeder has experienced working within the public, private and charitable sectors, building a range of skills across operations, people management and stakeholder influence at a senior level, before co-founding 12th-Man Solutions.
His specialism is developing creative and workable solutions to help clients secure the outcomes they want. Within events, he is an expert at breaking down operational challenges to bring exhibitors’ vision to life in a way that engages with a visitor but keeps on the right side of Health & Safety regulations and practical restrictions. He’s widely known as ‘Steve’ll-Fix-It’, especially when on-site snags need smoothing out.

Rachel Bonkink

Rachel Bonkink is no ordinary yoga teacher. She holds a Masters Degree in Commercial Sciences and a long corporate career as an operational director. She has studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been a life coach for over 10 years.
She specializes in organizing and hosting the most amazing yoga retreats, from Costa Rica to Scotland, from France to Morocco, leading groups, teaching yoga and relaxation in stunning locations and inspiring people to embed the principles of yoga into their everyday lives.
From the very start of her own yoga journey, the philosophy of yoga resonated with her more than any individual asana, or posture. She has continued to read, study and train to deepen her knowledge of yoga and meditation.
Between retreats she lives in rural Morocco, where she can be found by the beach writing, studying and enjoying life, doing the things that she loves the most.

Fabienne Vailes

Fabienne Vailes is Language Director at the University of Bristol, specialising in teaching French Language and Intercultural Competence and Communication. A key part of her role is helping students overcome the daily challenges they are faced with and develop the resilience they need to complete their studies and succeed both academically and in the workplace.
With almost 20 years’ experience in the educational sector, Fabienne has taught all age groups from nursery to primary, secondary, FE and HE as well as adult learners.
A trained NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner and Coach, Mindfulness teacher and qualified clinical hypnotherapist with specialism in stress and anxiety, Fabienne is also a professional member of the ANLP and Mindfulness Association.
Through her company Flourishing Education she regularly runs workshops for both corporate and academic clients.

Alicia Eaton

Alicia Eaton is a well-established Harley Street therapist who specialises in children’s emotional wellbeing. Fraser Christian

The Founder of Coastal Survival and the Coastal Survival School, Fraser Christian is a fully Qualified Charter Skipper, MCA Commercial Endorsed Skipper.

Fraser first taught survival and bushcraft skills to his local scout group over 25 years ago and has since been lucky enough to fish, hunt and forage professionally. He is a fully qualified chef and nutritionist with a passion for wild herbal medicines, wild food and outdoor cooking skills including preserving and smoking foods, and has led a series of popular River Cottage cookery courses including Catch and Cook and Fish Skills.

Fraser lives completely off grid and divides his time between the coast and a remote wild woodland, living the life he teaches.

Jacqui Harper

Jacqui is called the ‘presentation doctor’ at INSEAD, the number one global business school (Financial Times, 2017), where she is a visiting professor teaching Executive Presence.

Previously a TV news anchor for the BBC, she has also presented news programmes for Sky News and ITV.

As a communication coach at Crystal Business Coaching, Jacqui has transformed Executive Presentations for over fifteen years. Her clients include CEOs of global corporations and staff at The Foreign Office.
